Terms and Conditions

To Order:

Step 1: Fill in the order form with your particulars and items interested at the bottom of the web page. Click the "place order" button to submit.

Step 2: You'll receive an email on Confirmation of Order with the payment details in 1 to 2 working days.

Step 3: Item will be posted out once payment received and you'll receive the parcel accordingly.

For Local Customers (Singapore):

  • Please indicate clearly the model no and/or size required.
  • For purchase below S$20: normal postage will be charged at S$1.00, and/or additional S$2.30 for registered mail - highly recommended.
  • Free normal posting for any purchase or combined purchases above S$20.
  • Please note that seller will NOT be responsible for any items lost or damaged due to normal posting.
  • We accept DBS/POSB and OCBC Bank transfers.
  • Items will be posted out within 2 working days upon receiving of full payment.
  • Alternatively, we accept self-collection and payment upon receiving of goods (COD) at Bukit Batok MRT - for total purchase above S$80 only. Or Bukit Batok West Ave 8 for other amounts below S$80.
  • Lastly, please feel free to call 65242434 (10am to 8pm) or SMS to 84529798, or email to FaithElement@gmail.com for more information and/or request for catalogue of full range products.

For Malaysia Customers:

  • We accept Maybank fund transfers and payment thru Paypal only.
  • For stocks in Singapore, items will be posted out from Singapore via Singpost Registered Mail.
  • For stocks in Malaysia, items will be posted out from West Malaysia via Poslaju.

For Worldwide Customers:

  • Payment by PayPal only.
  • Posting from Singapore via Singpost Registered Mail - compulsory.
  • Check Postage Rate (Airmail or Speedpost Worldwide) at http://www.singpost.com.sg/.
  • Item will be shipped out after full payment.
